First Annual Fiesta de Frida Arts and Crafts Show
Hosted by the Duke City Renegades Art Guild
Enjoy our First Annual Fiesta de Frida Arts & Crafts Show, which celebrates the dynamic personality and artistic accomplishments of artist Frida Kahlo.
In honor of her 101st birthday, you’ll find an explosion of color, culture, art, and craft, in beautiful Roosevelt park. The show includes a silent art auction, with proceeds going to The Carrie Tingley Hospital Foundation, live music, food, arts & crafts booths, and other activities.
Enter the Firda Kahlo look-alike contest (men and women alike!) for a chance to win an artsy prize basket, enjoy local food, and shop. Local artwork on display includes handmade jewelry, original paintings (oil, watercolor, acrylic, mixed media), fused glass, textile arts, purses & bags, hand-painted boxes, photography, t-shirts, art prints, and more.
